What is the $75 stencil fee?
The stencil fee is a one-off setup charge for creating the printing stencil (plate) that transfers your logo onto the cup. It's how we prepare your artwork for the press.
- Charged once per unique logo, per order — not per carton
- Never charged on reorders of the same artwork — your stencil stays on file
- Only on printed cups — blank cups and lids have no stencil fee

Example: 3,000 printed 8oz cups at $200/1,000 = $600 cup cost + $75 stencil = $675 total (ex GST). Reorder the same design? Just $600 — no stencil fee.

Which cup should your venue choose?
For most cafés, single wall paper is the place to start. It's our best-value cup, it takes print beautifully, and it covers every size from a strong 6oz flat white to a 16oz large. Pair it with 80mm or 90mm lids and you've got a matched set for the whole menu.
Step up to double wall when drinks sit in hand longer — the insulating layer means no sleeve, a sturdier feel and a more premium experience. It's the pick for events, drive-throughs and larger hot drinks.
For cold drinks, our PET and PP cups run 8 to 16oz on rim sizes from 78mm to 98mm, so iced coffee, smoothies and cold brew all share a small set of lids. Most venues run two or three sizes on a shared lid diameter to keep lid stock simple.
How pricing works
Your rate comes down to quantity, cup type and print. Quantity is the biggest lever; single wall costs less than double wall, and paper costs less than specialty stock. Every price we quote is for 1-colour print — multi-colour print (up to 4 colours) is subject to price increases, and prices can vary depending on your design.
Because we print in Melbourne ourselves, there's no reseller margin in the middle. A $75 stencil fee applies per unique logo on printed orders, and every order includes a free proof to approve before anything prints.

What is the minimum order for custom printed cups?+
Minimums depend on the cup and size — most printed runs start at one carton per size (typically 1,000 cups). Request a quote and we'll send the full volume breakdown for your exact spec.
How long does production and delivery take?+
We print your order within 7 business days of you approving the artwork, plus delivery time. Once your stencil is on file, repeat orders are printed in 3–5 business days. Blank stock ships faster, and we confirm timing on your quote.
Do you help with the artwork and design?+
Yes. Send your logo or brief and we set up a print-ready proof for your approval — usually back with you within 24 hours — before we go to press.
How many colours can I print?+
