This website is operated by VRN Group Pty Ltd (ABN 58 826 792 892), trading as VRN Packaging & Print, based in Epping, Victoria. We supply custom-printed disposable cups — single-wall, double-wall and coloured paper stock, plus PP and PET cold cups and matching lids — for cafés, roasters and hospitality businesses across Australia, using in-house UV/LED screen printing.

By placing an order, requesting a quote or otherwise using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing (email) or once production begins — whichever occurs first.
• We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if stock is unavailable or artwork is unsuitable for print), in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
• We may use third-party manufacturing or print partners for certain runs; our obligations to you under these Terms remain unchanged.

• Print-ready artwork should be supplied as vector PDF, AI or EPS files with fonts outlined, at a minimum of 300 DPI.
• A digital proof will be issued for approval before production begins. Production will not start until you provide written approval.
• You are responsible for checking all artwork elements (spelling, layout, colours, positioning) before approving the proof. VRN is not liable for errors in artwork that was approved by you.
• One round of minor revisions is included free of charge. Further revisions may incur an additional fee.
• A digital proof is a layout and content reference only — screen colours will not exactly match the final printed result (see Section 5).
• You warrant that you own or hold the necessary rights to any artwork, logos or images you supply, and that its use does not infringe any third party's rights.

• Artwork is printed using UV/LED screen printing. Colours are matched as closely as possible to supplied artwork or Pantone references, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences between screens, ink and cup stock.
• A tolerance of up to ±5% colour variation and ±1.5mm print placement is considered within normal production standards and is not grounds for a reprint or refund.
• Cup stock (paper/PET finish, whiteness, texture) may vary slightly between production batches.

Custom print runs are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of ±10% above or below the quantity ordered. Orders are invoiced based on the actual quantity produced and shipped within this tolerance. If you require an exact quantity, please advise us at the time of ordering — additional charges and lead time may apply.

All prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST and shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to an order being placed. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Full payment is required at checkout, or prior to production commencing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card and bank transfer. If payment is late or fails, we may pause production or delivery until payment is received.

• Lead times vary by product, material and current production schedule. Indicative lead times are shown on each product page and confirmed in writing on your quote or order confirmation. Repeat artwork orders can often be turned around faster, and rush production may be available on request for an additional fee.
• Orders are shipped Australia-wide via courier, with local Melbourne delivery and pickup from Epping available. Once goods are handed to the courier, risk passes to you; VRN is not liable for loss or damage caused by the courier in transit.
• Title to goods passes only once payment has been received in full.

• Please inspect your order on delivery. Any shortages, damage or print defects must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt, with supporting photos.
• Where a genuine defect is confirmed, we will offer a reprint, replacement or refund, at our discretion.
• As printed cups are custom-made goods, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on printed stock.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders may be cancelled prior to proof approval or the start of production, with a refund less any reasonable artwork or administration costs already incurred. Orders cannot be cancelled once the proof has been approved or production has commenced.

You retain ownership of any artwork or branding you supply, and you grant VRN a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order. All website content, templates and VRN branding remain the property of VRN Group Pty Ltd. We may photograph production runs or retain product samples for quality control and marketing purposes; contact us at any time if you'd prefer your order not be used this way.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, scrape or data-mine its content, introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with its normal operation or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may suspend the site for maintenance or security reasons.

• Products are supplied "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VRN's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or goodwill.
• You indemnify VRN against any third-party claim arising from artwork you supplied, including any breach of intellectual property, defamation or misleading conduct.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, natural disasters or courier disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
