Subscription questions
Can I change cartons or sizes later?
Yes. Tell us before your debit day and we'll adjust the next delivery — your rate stays the same.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime, with no exit fee. Any cartons already printed for the current month still ship.
When am I charged?
On the 15th or the 30th, whichever you choose. Cups are delivered 5 days after each debit.
Is artwork included?
Yes — design and proofing are free. A one-off $75 stencil applies per unique logo.
What's the minimum?
10 cartons in total across the plan. Most venues run 2–5 cartons a month.
