Can you help with my artwork?

Yes — we offer free logo and text placement on your chosen cup. If you need a custom design created from scratch, let us know and we can point you in the right direction or work with your designer directly.

What file format do you need?

Vector files work best — PDF, AI or EPS with fonts outlined, at a minimum of 300 DPI. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it through anyway and we'll let you know if it's print-ready or needs to be redrawn.

How many colours can I print?

Our in-house UV/LED screen printing setup supports up to 4 colours per design.

Question 4

Is there a setup or stencil fee for my logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we charge a one-off $50 stencil fee per unique logo on a printed order. If you use the same logo across multiple cup sizes in the same order, the fee is still just $50 for that logo. Repeat orders with the same artwork do not pay the stencil fee again.

Do you offer paper cup options?

Yes — paper cups are available across both the Coffee cups and Cold cups ranges, in single wall, double wall and ripple. There's no separate line; just look for the paper cups in those ranges.

What cup sizes and types do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We stock single-wall, double-wall and coloured double-wall paper cups (including Dark Blue, Red and Burgundy — not commonly available elsewhere in Australia), plus PP and PET cold cups and matching lids across 6, 8, 12 and 16 oz. Browse the shop or tell us your preferred size and quantity and we'll confirm availability.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Our minimums are lower than most competitors — blank cups can be ordered by the sleeve or carton, and printed runs typically start at 1,000 cups per design. Get in touch with your ideal quantity and we'll confirm what we can do.

Can I order a mix of designs in one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — get in touch and we'll talk through the best way to split your order across designs or sizes so it's clear at checkout and priced correctly.

Question 9

Where are the cups printed?

Accepted Answer

All printing is done in-house at our facility in North Melbourne, Victoria, using our UV/LED screen printing setup — so we control quality from start to finish.

Question 10

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Lead times depend on the product and current production schedule — the indicative lead time (or 'Ready to ship' if we have stock on hand) is shown on each product page and confirmed on your quote. Repeat artwork orders can often be turned around faster, and rush production may be available on request.

Question 11

When does production actually start?

Accepted Answer

Once you've approved your proof and payment has been received. Orders confirmed after our daily cut-off will begin the next business day.

Question 12

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we ship nationally via courier, with local Melbourne delivery and pickup available from North Melbourne. Once your order is with the courier, delivery timing is outside our control, but we'll always give you tracking so you can follow it.

Question 13

What if there's a problem with my order?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 3 business days if anything's damaged, short or misprinted — photos help us sort it quickly. Where there's a genuine defect, we'll reprint, replace or refund.

Question 14

Can I return cups if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

As every printed order is custom made to your artwork, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on printed stock. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or defective products.

How much does an order cost?

Pricing depends on cup size, stock, print colours and quantity. You can see indicative pricing per sleeve and carton in the shop, or request a formal quote and we'll come back to you the same or next business day. Prices exclude GST and shipping unless otherwise stated.
